IPSDI Terms of Use

By accessing and using https://i-psdi.org/ or https://exposure.ipsdi.io/ (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

https://exposure.ipsdi.io/ provides a mechanism to record and store details of exposures you experienced as a firefighter. The Service is provided subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid within the previous 12 months.

By Us

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, except for injunctive relief.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users via posted updates or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
